Janet Ann Smith Kaelin, 85, Carmel, Indiana passed away on Monday, September 7, 2015 from Congestive Heart Failure. She was born I Cincinnati, OH and lived most of her married life in Middletown, KY.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James (Jim) Kaelin and her brother, Paul Gregory Smith. She is survived by daughters, Lynn (Curt) Andreen, Paula (Harlan) Shannon, Patti Mann; sons, Greg (Colleen) Kaelin and Pete (Jackie) Kaelin; grandchildren, Michelle (Jason) Cheatham, Mike (Rachel) Andreen, Ian Shannon, Mike (Berit) Mann, Marcus Mann, Katie Mae Kaelin, Joe Kaelin, Elizabeth Andreen; niece, Cherri Glen.
